ShopBridge service terms

Service and pilot status

All ShopBridge plans include nine downloadable source tables and a store-specific Power BI Desktop project with 13 tables, 11 relationships, 37 measures and five starter report pages. Browser downloads work without Power BI. Power BI licenses and future report packs are separate. Public App Store approval is pending.

Subscription

The displayed plans are Starter USD 19, Pro USD 49 and Business USD 99 per 30 days. New subscriptions offer a three-day trial. Previously approved subscriptions keep their terms until a new plan is approved. Plan history and record limits apply to the selected export range; automatic source sync intervals vary by plan. Changing plans does not grant an additional trial. Shopify presents the final subscription and any applicable charges for merchant approval. Billing is currently in test mode: no real app subscription charge is collected. A commercial launch requires a separate approved billing configuration. No card information is collected by ShopBridge.

Cancellation

Use Subscription → Cancel subscription in ShopBridge or uninstall through Shopify. Cancelling stops source sync and authenticated exports when subscription status becomes inactive. Downloaded reports remain on your computer. Uninstall deletes active server data when its verified webhook is received. Shopify manages its billing and invoicing rules; contact support about disputes.

Capacity and freshness

Starter supports up to 1,000 orders in the last 59 days, 2,500 products, 5,000 variants, 20,000 order lines, 25,000 inventory levels and 20,000 refund lines. Pro and Business support up to 5,000 orders in the selected history range, 10,000 products, 20,000 variants and 100,000 order lines, inventory levels and refund lines. Wider history requires the relevant approved access and merchant selection. Exceeding a limit or a failed import preserves the last complete export and shows an error. Automatic source sync runs every four hours on Starter, hourly on Pro and every 15 minutes on Business. Manual Sync now is available on every plan. Desktop Refresh imports the latest available source and does not start a Shopify sync. Unattended Power BI Service refresh requires separate configuration and validation.

Interpreting reports

Shopify current order values are reporting fields, not a certified accounting ledger or historical revenue reconciliation. Test and cancelled orders are excluded from sales measures. Mixed currencies, inconsistent snapshots and incomplete costs can produce blank amounts. Current costs do not establish historical cost of goods sold or profit. The model has been refreshed and all 37 measures executed in Desktop on the test store; filled refund, tax and discount scenarios, production capacity and billing rejection/cancellation still need acceptance checks. Verify your own figures against Shopify before business decisions.

Support: hello@everscope.app. Contact us for a connection error, missing source access or incorrect interpretation. Export keys grant read access to store records; keep them private and rotate them if exposed. Updates may add supported fields; migration instructions accompany breaking model changes. No service-level, accounting accuracy or profitability guarantee is offered by this pilot.
